Kyle's email yesterday said they had received another 6-7 inches of snow, which, of course, turns to ice out there.

He and his companion had two baptisms scheduled for February 13 and it looks like both of them have changed their minds. One girl they have been teaching, Stacie, said she feels like people at church are judging her and she doesn't feel comfortable there. They are still working with her, so maybe......

They are teaching another couple who believe everything they have taught so far except for eternal families and they belive strongly in the Trinity. He has told them it will be hard to change his mind. The Lord works in mysterious ways. I would think that eternal families would be something most people would believe in (even if they say they don't). How sad to think that you would never see your spouse and kids again after you die.

They have a couple other investigators they are also working with and are hopeful for a few baptisms by the end of March. That would be perfect for Kyle since his birthday is the end of March.

It sounds like he and his companion stay very busy and are enjoying the work. They also seem to get along well which is a blessing.

Not much else going on for the rest of us. Mostly just work and/or school. Luckily mine is not school. I've had enough of that to last a lifetime. I think I stood in lines at BYU more hours that I was actually in class. Brent and I are going to attend a lawn care/flowers/vegetables class offered by the stake. We're excited about it and hope to gain all kinds of knowledge to help make our yard look better. Maybe it will even inspire me to WANT to do yard work. That might take a miracle. We'll see.
